One kilogram of pure honey produced from locally sourced blossom.

Mallee summer blend is a combination of blooms appearing in the Mallee during summer, White Mallee, Sugar Gum,Platypus Gum and the end of the River Redgum bloom are a few of the many local blossoms that make up this blend.
Cold extracted and triple sieved.  Our honey is not heat treated to ensure all beneficial enzymes remain intact.
