Honey 1kg bucket- Clover Blossom

One kilogram of pure honey produced from locally sourced blossom. At the start of spring we place most of our hives in a paddock of clover just as it begins to flower, this is the start of our honey producing season. And what a great start it is! Clover honey is a light, almost clear honey that has a floral almost fruity flavor.

Our clover honey season is short, so supply is always limited.

Cold extracted and triple sieved.  Our honey is not heat treated to ensure all beneficial enzymes remain intact.
